For more than a decade, Isabel Gómez Studio has led whole-home transformations across Brussels and beyond — heritage maisons de maître, legacy apartments, and contemporary homes alike, each guided by the same full creative direction from start to finish.
Every project is led personally by Isabel Gómez, from first concept through final styling. This is Emotional Luxury® — our methodology for designing homes that feel, before they are explained.
Our story

A typical Brussels house from the early 1900s, recently renovated and extended, arrived to us with its owners imagining only new furniture and finishing touches. What followed was a six-month transformation neither of us had quite pictured at the outset.
The bedroom became a quiet retreat — closed off, softened, dressed in embroidered fabric and velvet. Downstairs, warmth returned through new textiles, mouldings, and colour drawn from the Mediterranean light the clients had grown up with. What had felt cold became calm. The same clients have since asked us to design their home in Sofia.

Isabel travels regularly — most often to Italy, but also across Europe — to family-run workshops, quarries, and ateliers where materials are cut and finished by hand. Even a trip to Milan rarely means the fair itself; more often, a day spent walking the city's architecture, training the eye on what has lasted.
