The kitchen and dining area designed for an apartment located in Dubai, are developed on a whole open plan. To enter the room, there is a sinuous semi-arch covered in brass metal. Once you walk through the elegant opening, the first element you notice is the big window, through which it is possible to contemplate a stunning view. It also illuminates the luxurious and noble materials of the elements in the room. The furniture shapes are simple and harmonious, with a combination of curves and straight lines. The materiality is the focal point of the room.
The flooring is a typical French herringbone parquet, and the ceiling is decorated with moldings, to give a touch of Parisian interior design influence to the flat. The other materials that catch the eye are the Arizona marble, with its typical green veins, the brass metal that creates an interesting contrast with the marble of the island, the crystals of the chandeliers and velvet fabrics that cover the seating pieces. The central piece of the room is a black marble-covered chimney, which creates as well a small cosy corner with the organic-shaped couch and the small table situated in front of it.
The final result is an airy and bright luxurious space, in which the fusion between European characteristic elements and typical materials used in Dubai, create an unique room.
