luxury family townhouse

Location

When offered the opportunity to save a typical Brussels family house, we didn't hesitate for a second to give it a new life by doing what we do best; transforming and renovating spaces that have a rich history.

In this kind of heritage project, it is very important to respect and preserve the history of the building. It is for this very reason that we have preserved all the classic design features, which actively participate in the charm of this house and are elements that are systematically found in this type of construction. For example, the marble fireplaces or traditionally high ceilings, highlighted by the magnificent moldings found everywhere on the walls and ceilings of the ground floor.

Each room has its own universe in order to give a distinct atmosphere to each of them. However, there are elements common to all the spaces that bring a real coherence to the project. Here, the wall moldings decorated with wallpapers especially chosen in the colors of each room reinforce this aspect.

Despite the fact that this project is made within the framework of a real estate investment, we have paid particular attention to the fact of having quality furniture really adapted to the use and the needs of the occupants of the house. This is expressed by furniture made of noble materials such as marble, steel or leather. But also through custom-made furniture that adapts and makes the most of the space in which it is located.
